As our valued office Suite Member, you have the option to add print, fax and photocopy facilities as well as premium coffee and tea to your suite. You can also have a dedicated phone number handled by a professional receptionist for your business upon request. Complimentary usage of our meeting room, Office Suite Members can also arrange for extra usage when necessary.

Our Suites are precisely designed to achieve just that with carefully selected decor and ergonomic furniture so that our members can work in a cohesive environment that has ample internal space. For this reason we sincerely ask that members refrain form bringing any additional / extra self-brought furniture so that the general cohesiveness of the space can be maintained. Our support team is ready to assist you at all times any furniture or layout rearrangement request so that you can achieve a setting that suits your needs.

Members have access to their designated Office Suite at all times during business hours. For after-work hours, access is only available upon request and subject to approval. Front desk, reception, support team and certain amenities will only be available during operation hours.

Security is a top priority at G Ofiz. Registered long term members are given a G Ofiz keycard to access their workspace and other common areas. The entire G Ofiz is equipped with CCTV monitoring system that operates around the clock and a 24-hour security concierge is available at the lobby. All entrances and exits are locked at all times with access only permitted via keycard. For enhanced security, we encourage all members to meet their visitors either in the common business lounge or meeting room instead of your respective suites. All visitors are required to inform the front desk before they enter into meeting rooms / business lounge.
